No matter where you are on your faith journey, we invite you to “gather, grow and go” with us on the pathway to a deeper faith and discipleship. Come as you are to gather in the praise and adoration of our almighty God!
One of our primary callings as the church is to declare our devotion to the Triune God in word and song. Our worship services are thoughtfully crafted, leading us into God’s presence through praise, confession, scripture, proclamation, giving, and sending. We offer different styles of worship but our focus is primarily on seeking the presence of the Holy Spirit to draw us more deeply into the life of God through the work of Jesus Christ. Led to surrender ourselves more completely to Him, we find ourselves yoked together in His love and filled with His joy as we learn what it means to love God more fully and our neighbors as ourselves.
The early church was a powerhouse; a disciple-making, world changing force for the Gospel. This summer, as we talk about Jesus’ vision for FPCE, Edmond and the world, we will look at the first church, discern how the Holy Spirit was poured out and ask how might the Holy Spirit be poured out on us and to what Gospel end. Please join this summer as we seek together what the Holy Spirit is doing in us an our community.

Join The Conversation As We Cast A Vision For FPCE
Since the beginning of June we’ve been engaged in a conversation about the vision for the First Presbyterian Church of Edmond as we strive to be a post-Pentecost Church, empowered, enlivened, and driven by the Holy Spirit.
Each week as you engage in community both inside and outside the church walls, we’d encourage you to be in intentional prayer for what the Spirit’s plan is for this congregation. Personally answering the weekly Next Steps in each bulletin offers an excellent starting point for this process.
Ways you can join the conversation:
* Take the bulletin questions home each week for a time of reflection and deeper discernment. What did God reveal to you through this practice?
* Listen to past sermon audio and download the weekly Next Steps in PDF for weeks you may be traveling.
* Most importantly, share with the pastoral staff what the Holy Spirit is revealing to you or contact one of the pastors directly.
